Bossfit is founded on the ideology “Fitness for Everyone”. Our goal is to show you that YOU can achieve a high level of fitness, even with your busy schedule. We achieve this high level of fitness with our three principles:

Principle 1: Lift Better
Charles will work with you first and foremost on improving the form of every exercise. The benefit here is TWO FOLD. First, you will achieve a high level of safety and confidence with your exercise routine, keeping you lifting without ijnjury or worry. But more importantly, your workouts will be more effective, allowing you to spend less time in the gym, and more time living life.
Principle 2: Move Better
For many people, the goal of working hard in the gym is to allow us to feel better out of the gym. You want to feel youthful and you want to feel GOOD. To achieve this, Charles puts a heavy emphasis on mobility, flexibility, and stability. These 3 features are heavily neglected in the gym, but just as important as our strength, maybe even more important. Charles will work with you to improve your specific weaknesses in these areas, and get you moving good and feeling great.


Principle 3: Live Better
It doesn’t matter if you have an amazing hour in the gym, if the other 23 are lived poorly, and don’t align with your goals. Charles will not only help with how to work out better in the gym, but will help you establish habits and behaviors outside of the gym that are aligned to your goals so you continue to make progress. how we sleep, how we move, and what we eat will all affect our progress. Charles will slowly transform your habits so that the progress you make will stick for a life time.
